What time is check in?
Check in time is 3pm and any time from Noon.
What time is check out?
Check out is no later than 11:00 AM.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hour notice of cancellation, which is by Noon 2 days prior to your check in date. Without proper notice you will be charged for the first night of your reservation.
Short Term Stays:
- Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance incur a $10 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 14 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.
- Monthly Reservations:
- Reservations cancelled more than 45 days in advance incur a $10 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 14 or less in advance of arrival will incur a fee of one night’s stay.
Are pets allowed at the park?
Yes. We are a very pet friendly park. Dogs may come in to the office for a treat. We ask that you always keep them on a leash when outside of your RV and walk them in the designated area. You must pick up after your pet.
Can I receive mail and packages at the park?
Mail is sorted and available in the Laundry room. Guest must use their space number on mailings
Is there a speed limit in the park?
Yes, the speed limit is 5 mph. We prefer you go even slower as there are children and people walking with pets.
Are children allowed at the park?
Yes, children are welcome! For their safety we do ask that they are supervised by a parent at all times and are not allowed to run the park or use the play area by themselves.

Pet Policy
Indoor pets are welcome. NO outdoor pets allowed. Dogs must be cleaned up after and must be leashed and under physical control of the owner/handler at all times. Noisy or unruly pets are not allowed.

Yes, you can receive mail. Please put your RV Site number on your mailing address. There is a mail cart on site to pick up your mail.
Is there a speed limit in the park?
Yes, the speed limit is 5 mph. We prefer you go even slower as there are children and people walking with pets. The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.

Children are to be supervised and parents/guardians must assume responsibility for all actions of their children and their guest’s children.
